Have you ever dreamed of getting married in an Irish Castle on a magical island? Then dream no more! This romantic venue can be exclusively yours for your fairytale wedding.

Belle Isle Castle is the ideal place for small civil wedding ceremonies and receptions for up to 60 guests. The option of a marquee site rental on the lawn overlooking stunning Lough Erne is available for receptions of up to 120 guests. Hidden away on an idyllic island at the heart of Northern Ireland's Fermanagh Lakelands, Belle Isle offers a fairytale setting with spectacular views of the water and surrounding countryside. With its origins dating back to the 17th century Belle Isle Castle sits at the heart of a unique 435 acre estate spread over eight picturesque islands.

The recently redecorated en suite bedrooms in the Castle can accommodate a wedding party of up to 16 people with additional guests staying in the courtyard apartments, coach house and estate cottages.

At Belle Isle Castle our experienced team will attend to every detail ensuring a magical occasion. The Castle is licensed to hold civil ceremonies and couples can choose to marry in three superb locations - the magnificent hall, the elegant drawing room or the sunken garden.

Anyone wishing to hold a civil ceremony at Belle Isle Castle must use one of the local registrars to perform the ceremony. Once you have agreed a date with us we will contact them to make the booking. Alternatively, you can make your own arrangements for the ceremony to be performed by your own minister or priest. Early booking is essential.

Wedding Reception
Following the ceremony up to 60 guests can dine in great splendour in the Castle's magnificent banqueting hall complete with its own minstrel's gallery. A champagne reception in the Castle's splendid drawing room or outdoors in the garden can precede the wedding banquet.

The selection of menus ranges from a delicious but simpler 4-course meal to a more lavish banquet. Our in-house chef and her highly competent team will create your choice of menu combining their skills with the finest local produce, paying every attention to detail and presentation of the highest standard. Belle Isle Castle will supply all the wines and spirits throughout your stay. Our wine list is extensive and we will be happy to help you select suitable wines to complement your choice of menu.
