Lynch Electrical is an Electrical Contracting business that offers a full electrical service in both the domestic and commercial sector. Based in the Northwest and covering everywhere from Donegal to mid Ulster we also travel further afield if needs be.

As a husband and wife team who both trained as electricians, we have been in business together since 2006. Our growing team are experienced in tackling jobs of any size, from installing additional sockets, to total rewire installations in the home, office and commercial premises. Our clients are diverse, and include property developers, architects, letting agents, large and small business, and homeowners.



Along with our service we also offer PAT testing and a full range of Inspection and Testing on installations. We are fully qualified and experienced and can guarantee a friendly service with a professional standard of work, from both the male and female perspective!

Portable Appliance Testing

Portable Appliance Testing (referred to as PAT Testing) is a process by which electrical appliances in an organisation are checked to see if they are safe. Testing includes a thorough visual inspection of the appliance before a series of electrical tests are performed.



Our testers follow a testing procedure designed to thoroughly test the safety of all your appliances. Our procedure wholly conforms to the code of practice laid out by the Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEE) - the standards body responsible for PAT testing.



Property Maintenance

With electrics you can never be sure when a fault or breakdown is going to happen. We are often approached to enter a property initially to do a visual check and highlight any problems that may be evident. After this we can put together a contract agreement where we will be available on call to repair any emergency breakdown problems for any number of rental property.



Inspection & Testing

We offer a comprehensive Inspection and Testing service carried out to standards set down in BS7671 (2008). We are fully qualified to C&G 2392 Inspection and Testing.



For our domestic customers the importance of a pre purchase inspection and test could be invaluable, not only to ensure the installation is safe and to current standards, but also potentially expensive rewires can be identified prior to purchase.
