Hedway Architectural Services – Energy Performance Certificates
Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) are being introduced to help improve the energy efficiency of buildings. If you are buying or selling a home in Northern Ireland you now need a certificate by law. By October 2008 all buildings, whenever they are built, sold or rented out, will require one. The EPC provides 'A' to 'G' ratings for the building, with 'A' being the most energy efficient and 'G' being the least, with the average to date being 'D'.
Hedway Architectural Services have professionally qualified, Awarding Body for the Built Environment (ABBE) approved, energy assessors in Northern Ireland to visit any domestic property and provide an EPC. We offer this service direct to the public and also to solicitors, estate agents and property management companies.
We aim to provide a professional, efficient and flexible service. If daytime visits are not suitable, we are happy to call in the evening or at weekends to carry out the assessment. A typical assessment should take no longer than 1 hour. Your EPC will then be registered online and you will receive a hard copy by post within 3-4 working days.

Hedway Architectural Services – Street Furniture
We promote a wide range of street furniture, street lighting, fencing and signage products to a customer base in both the public and private sectors. We are the Irish agents and distributors for an architectural security fencing system, manufactured in Germany. We offer a supply and erect service for this product.
We also promote a unique signage produce in Northern Ireland. This is interpretive signage manufactured in zinc or bronze.
