Elevated photography in Northern Ireland has now taken on a new dimension with the introduction of Elevated Aspect’s elevated photography system.
They are able to give you a bird’s eye view using their mobile ground based mast photography vehicle. The off-road capabilities of the 4x4 means that even the most remote and muddy locations are accessible and it’s much cheaper and more practical than organising a plane or a helicopter for aerial photography, as flight paths and permission aren’t required.
The system has many benefits over conventional aerial photography – elevated photography is eco-friendly with a very low carbon footprint, it can get closer to the subject, which results in more detailed photographs and it’s cheaper.
Elevated Aspects also offer high level inspections of buildings, including roof inspections, chimneys and walls. All such inspections are undertaken by the in-house Chartered Building Surveyor.
There are many uses for mast photography, common ones are:
Marketing property
Planning issues
Company brochures
Project monitoring
Insurance claims
Event coverage
Building inspections
Elevated Aspects' clients are varied, but include:
Estate agents
Architects
Property developers
Solicitors
Private individuals
PR companies
