About our company.
ISArc was formed in 2010, and formerly traded as Richard Taylor Associates (2006-2010).
Once upon a time...software systems were written for companies by people who knew lots about software development, but never took the time to actually find out HOW the systems would be used.
We experienced the horror of going into businesses to find that there were systems that were a 'bolt-on' to business processes, with disillusioned staff who grudgingly used the systems that created, rather than saved, them work.
We were formed with the goal of being the sole provider of business information management systems that actually match the established business processes of our customers. Our systems mirror the business processes so accurately that it SAVES time (and consequently money) for our customers.
We cut through the 'red-tape' that holds many software systems back from achieving full potential by ensuring that the majority user (the front-line or lowest tier staff) is the key player in the systems development - and with motivated staff adding data - the management information (reports) are easy to produce, and can boast of accurate, real-time data.

We are a specialist provider of bespoke information management systems.
We develop bespoke, web-based information management systems as well as several "off-the-shelf" web-based products. All of our systems are written in ASP.Net and most use the latest .Net framework.
