WP Construction was established in Spring 2009 by William Polly, I have been in the construction business for 33 years. Being involved with my late Father's family business for 28 years. My sole interest was House Building during my time in the family Building Firm which was established in 1959. I was responsible for the every day running of several private developments over the years including, Ardfern, Malone Heights, Hunters Mill, and the award winning site The Meadows, these sites were all based in Downpatrick. I was the recipient of the NHBC " Pride in the Job" award back in 2005 for The Meadows site.

Since 2009 I have been contracted to build various private dwellings  from a 2.500 sq ft - 5.500sq ft in Drumbo, Hillsborough & Jordanstown. From Modern/ Contemporary  to Traditionally built dwellings. I personally oversee the projects myself dealing with the day to day running of the site and consulting with the various authorities, Building Control, NHBC and Project Architect's as well as working closely with my clients.
