As an Architect I am a trained building designer who can bring flair and imagination to your project whether investigating the feasibility of your requirements or developing design solutions that will best satisfy your particular needs.

Understanding space, shape, and light – I can offer you suggestions regarding design, forms of construction and materials which will be well suited to your project, and so provide for you a unique stylised solution as well as a practical response to your particular needs.

At BBA we have particular knowledge of the construction industry and its organisation, working methods and standards. Using that resource you will be advised and guided through the complex web of rules, regulations and contractual obligations connected with designing and building your project.




Throughout the design and build process you will be involved to the extent that you desire. Your ideas and requirements are of paramount importance and will be taken on board and interpreted to the fullest extent. Satisfying your requirements so that the building completely fulfils your particular needs – that is our goal.

All design proposals are fully presented to you - the client, in a clear and understandable way using drawings, plans and elevations and coloured perspectives – both internal and external; computerised 3 dimensional moving views around the project; computerised walkthrough; computer generated interior design showing selected materials. We will also offer you detailed illustrations showing your building design internal and external in natural and artificial lighting at various times of the day and in differing climatic conditions to enable you to have the fullest understanding and make informed choices regarding the final building project before you go to site. This informed process continues throughout the design and build experience.
