What is Workplace Violence?

Well, workplace violence is simply an overarching term relating to the areas of Conflict Management, Lone Working, Personal Safety, Dealing with various degrees of aggression and Physical Intervention.

Violence in the workplace is becoming more commonplace. The more informed everyone is about what to do when faced with violence in the workplace, the more self aware and confident everyone will be in dealing with the situation. With us, you’ll find help with developing a bespoke Workplace violence policy or assistance with reviewing your existing policy.
