Techniplan is an ''Architectural Consultancy'' firm of over 10 years experience based in Belfast, N.Ireland providing design services for a wide and varying range of construction projects.

We pride ourselves in offering a one on one design approach to all of our clients and always aim to provide the highest possible level of service throughout the design process.

We realise that no one is the same and everyone has different needs. It is with this approach in mind that every design we prepare is designed around your needs and the specific requirements on how you intend to live, use and adopt the area you're developing. In all our designs we try to get a real feel for how you live and operate within your environment and with this understanding translate it into a workable design that both meets your needs whilst also integrating sympathetically into the existing design of the property being developed.

We also specialise in preparation of design layouts and working drawings required for Northern Ireland Housing Executive (N.I.H.E) Home Repairs Assistance (HRA) Grant Aided Schemes. As part of most HRA’s the N.I.H.E will require layout designs of their proposals and this is then followed by full working drawings which are submitted as appropriate for Statutory Approval Applications. We can look after as little or as much of the design and grant process as you would like us to and at all times can help guide you through the grants process.

We are fully accredited to provide Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPC). Our EPC's currently start at a cost of £50.00. For further details please click here.
