Welcome to Pole Kittens Dance Studio. We have 13poles, 12 which are static and 1 spin pole, a shop, and changing facilities, and our lovely cozy seating area.

Pole Kittens offers classes from level 1 - 1 and then advanced levels 1 - 5. All courses are 8 weeks long. Classes are structured to build strength, stamina, core strength and flexability. Have fun in working your way through the levels learning beautiful graceful moves along the way.

    • Learning to spin and lift
    • Upper body work and wide leg work
    • Getting upside down abdominal work
    • Core strength wide arm grip away from pole
    • Wide spins pole handstands Ayshia Grips
    • More acrobatic tricks, thigh holds no hands, feel the burn!
    • Very advanced tricks, no fear, serious core strength work




    Within each course you will learn a pole routine which will incorporate all the moves you learnt in that particular level. This only goes up to and includes level 4. Pole tricks are fun to learn and a good workout but the great skill comes with putting them all together into a beautiful, graceful, sexy routine. This takes serious energy and burns calories like a demon!

    At the end of each course, you will recieve a lovely certificate of achievement.





    thankyou Karen for a fab afternoon (31st March 3.00pm) good fun had by all. Would recommend this as a hen or girlie weekend away. Lots of bucksfizz and nibbles provided. Thankyou so much Karen your a star Xx
