Weight-Loss and Fitness Bootcamps – Get fit and drop a dress size
We are Northern Ireland's first ever residential weight-loss and fitness bootcamp. Situated in the heart of the Mourne Mountains in County Down, we make full use of our stunning surroundings to provide an exciting and inspiring programme of activities to help you get fit, drop a dress-size, learn about nutrition and kick damaging eating habits. Our excellent accommodation, nutritionist designed meals and professional, highly trained instructors create the perfect environment for you to lose weight and get fit in a sustainable way and kick the depressing cycle of dieting forever. All you need to bring is a positive attitude and we'll take care of everything else, inspiring you to take the first step towards a healthier, happier you.
Included in the bootcamp week is a one to one nutrition consultation for all bootcampers with top nutritionist Jane McClenaghan!
Detox Weekends - Kick damaging eating habits and enjoy some great activities
Our Detox Weekends aren't about running you ragged and starving you, they are a re-education. We will introduce you to a healthier way of eating, and teach you simple changes to your diet that will give you more energy, help prevent diseases such as diabetes and ultimately make any excess weight fall off. We also want to help you get more exercise into your lives by letting you try several different and exciting activities over the weekend which demonstrate the fun you can have getting fit. You'll leave us armed with knowledge, inspiration and hopefully new hobbies and friends. Perfect for individuals, groups of friends or even hen parties who want to do something really positive in a weekend which can make real changes to their lifestyle and health.
NI Bootcamp Taster Days and Tailor Made Holidays
If you’re dying to find out what the bootcamp is all about but don’t want to commit to a weekend or week yet then the activity Taster Days are perfect for you. Choose the chilled out or high energy option, pick a date and give us a call. If you have a group of four or more then we can put the day on for you on demand. We guarantee an inspirational day of fun which will leave you loving the NI Bootcamp exercise philosophy.
If you and your friends want to design your own fitness holiday we now offer the tailor made approach. You call all the shots and we’ll put it together for you. We’ve created some brilliant trips away for all sorts of groups so let your imagination go wild and we’ll put a quote together for you, it’ll be a lot more reasonable than you’d expect!
