Although we are a relatively young firm, our skilled craftsmen have collectively over 50 years experience in hand crafting sliding sash windows, bespoke staircases, internal and external doors and frames, casement windows and more. All of our products are manufactured to the highest standard using both modern technology and traditional techniques. Using a wide selection of carefully sourced timber our joiners specialise in the craft of creating stairs, doors & windows; all custom made to suit your individual requirements. We only use the highest quality materials from timber to glues and fixings, ensuring the best possible results.
At RH Joinery we provide the complete package. We work alongside you, sharing our knowledge & experience in order to design the exact piece to suit your home, whether it be a traditional cottage or a contemporary living space.

Internal Doors
If you can't find the one you're looking for or fancy something that little bit different then look no further. Maybe you want one window or ten, horizontal lines or diagonal? Or perhaps you have a non-standard frame size or want an old door replicated? We can create the door of your dreams.
External Doors
Design possibilities are limited only by imagination!
Our 54mm thick, solid doors will be hung in their custom made frame in our workshop and fitted with feature furniture & multi-point locking system to provide a stylish yet secure entrance for your home.
All our external doors are made using carefully selected hardwoods: mahogany, agba or iroko.
The sealing of timber cannot be stressed highly enough, and to ensure this we offer a spraying service, where you can choose from hundreds of colours & shades. This ensures a superior finish compared to that of a paintbrush, ultimately providing a properly sealed end result you will enjoy for years to come.
If glazing is required, double glazed Pilkington K glass will be fitted as standard.
Stairs
At the heart of your home is the staircase. Our experienced team of joiners skilfully craft hand selected timber to create a staircase to suit your personal taste and requirements.
Choose from a wide selection of timbers including ash, oak, cherry, walnut.. the list is endless! In our showroom we display a wide variety of spindles and newel posts, enabling us to cater for all tastes.
Sliding Sash Windows
Our timber sliding sash windows exude elegance and style. Traditionally found in period buildings, these highly attractive windows are now returning to our homes.
Made using quality hardwood, double glazed and fitted with the weather seal system, they will ensure maximum heat retention. With these we offer both the traditional lead weights or the new spring balances. Decorative horns and brass fittings complete the look.
Casement Windows
We offer two types of casement window; flush casement and storm proof casement.
Flush casement allows the opening sash to fit flush inside the frame when closed, whereas in the storm proof casement the opening sash rests over the frame.
