Healthy Homes Ireland is the sole authorised distributor for Rainbow cleaning products in Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. Established in 1995, we have 25 years of experience developing and supporting our customer base, which has grown to over 20,000 throughout the whole of Ireland.

I purchased a Rainbow Vacuum 1998. Over the years it has been completely reliable and is still doing a great job on cleaning my home.
I have kept the machine serviced as is suggested by Rainbow RCSI. I offer a warning in this regard. I was recently contacted and advised that the machine was due for service. I ASSUMED that I was being contacted by Rainbow. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE! A person 'serviced' the vacuum. I paid 60euro and was given a receipt with the name Ritello. I subsequently noticed that the service did not make any difference and rang Rainbow. They knew nothing about my machine having been 'serviced'. The Rainbow service person checked the machine and replaced a part, very kindly without charge,due to the story I had told him. I warn all Rainbow Vacuum owners, and those intending purchasing, about people giving the impression that they are Rainbow employees.
My vacuum is now working wonderfully well again. Thank you Niall!

I purchased a Rainbow SE Vacuum in 1998. It has served our home so well, requiring minimum upkeep regarding service.
Service of the machine has always been efficient.
I would recommend Rainbow Vacuums.
A word of warning, in this regard. I was contacted earlier this year by a person who advised me that my Rainbow Vacuum was due for a service. I took it in good faith that the call was from Rainbow RCSI service person. It turned out that the person who came and serviced my machine was NOT FROM THE AUTHORISED DEALERSHIP. I only discovered this when the vacuum was not performing as usual. The person who had visited my home and serviced my machine was from a different company, namely Ritello. The service man suggested that I trade in my present vacuum and purchase another. I did not part with the Rainbow Vacuum and I have no idea what make of machine I might have been sold as I was UNDER THE IMPRESSION that it was a Rainbow rep making the suggestion. Beware of people giving the impression that they are from the authorised Rainbow dealership.

We have 2 rainbow hoovers in the house, my mother in laws Rainbow is 21 years old, mine is 5 years old, neither of us would use another vacuum cleaner. The Rainbow Vacuum Cleaners are built to last and although the initial cost is high, they prove to be well worth it. There is a great back up service with the Rainbow and all the service work is done in the home so you don't have to return the Rainbow to a store if a problem should arise.

I bought a Rainbow system about 20 years ago and at the time thought I was mad as it was expensive then however my Rainbow hoover is still going strong and also my carpet cleaner is very handy as I have had to have a large rug cleaned and would have been very costly to take to cleaner and also having to transport it etc... so all I needed was the special carpet cleaner as it is also the best for cleaning carpets as it leaves no residue etc. I had reason to borrow my mother in laws hoover as my husband was doing a service on my hoover (20 year old Rainbow) and her hoover was one of the latest hoovers on the market and I hated it as the suction etc was nothing like my Rainbow hoover. We have allergies in our family so I put my pillows and duvets and even my cushions inside the large plastic bag with it and it sucks out all the dust mites etc and freshens up my bed clothes and cushions... the feel lowely after... I can put the lovely perfumed water in the tank and leave on it takes away any bad smells made with cooking certain foods or smoke etc, all this is explained when you buy the product. I am really glad I bought my Rainbow although at the time I was doubtful as it is still going strong... My kids even borrow it when they need heavy cleaning done..ie carpet cleaning etc... so it is the best

Had a major service of my 19 year old Rainbow today. What a joy to have owned one all these years. Brilliant machine as far as cleaning performance goes, but a reall God send for an asthma sufferer. Couldn't be without it and could highly recommend. Most of my friends and family have gone through several cleaners while I have been brilliantly served by this wonderful machine which is still going strong. Feeling thankful for 'Rainbow''!
