Welcome to Xtreme Cycles, Omagh!
Xtreme Cycles is located in Omagh, County Tyrone, in the north of Ireland. The shop opened its doors in August 2009 with the intention of catering for a wide range of cyclist's needs, from children's bikes to the elite level cyclist.
In store there is a large selection of products, including budget Mountain Bikes, children's bikes and accessories. Repairs of every kind are also available by visiting our shop. There are also a range of road racing bikes and wheels on offer, from entry level to top of the range in Basso, Cannondale, and Tifosi. These are also available from the Online shop.
People who call in to the shop will find a friendly and helpful attitude to all things cycling related. The day to day running of the shop is carried out by Brian Mimnagh and Stevie Burns.
Brian offers a wide area of knowledge on the requirements for racing locally, from seeking advice on the latest bikes and parts to information on racing as he is currently ranked as a Category 1 rider and has competed in events such as the Tour of Ulster, Tour of the North, and Irish Elite Road Race Championships.
Stevie was exposed to cycling from an early age through his Father (Tommy), and has a wealth of experience in the area of Bike Mechanics. He spends several weeks during the year based at the Sport Active Training Camp in Majorca which is run by Martin Byrney and former World No.1 Professional, Sean Kelly, preparing and repairing bikes for clients. The shop is also signed up to the Cycle to Work Scheme for the entire Island of Ireland.
