We are a design based practice located in Larne, County Antrim who are chartered with the RIBA and RSUA. We have a strong local client base and carry out work which ranges from exclusive residential houses to developments and commercial projects.

LEGAL MAPPING
Established in 1907, the practice has provided mapping services to Solicitors for over 100 years and has gained a reputation for excellence and thoroughness in providing these professional services.

We are licensed with the OSNI and Land Webs. Today we provide regular mapping services to more than 60 solicitors firms throughout Northern Ireland.

  • Endorsing Maps for above documents
  • Maps for First Registration of Property and Marking Ace Maps
  • Licensing Maps and Maps for Disputes
  • Attendance in Court Cases
  • Maps for Division of Lands and Sale of Lands
  • Maps of Property


DISCHARGE CONSENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
English & Drummond have acquired specialist knowledge in this field, we use 2 specialist consultants who between them have over 60 years of experience working in the Environmental Protection Field at the highest level.

This extensive experience means that we can provide varied Environmental Services ranging from domestic discharge consents to the most complex commercial (trade) discharge applications.

We will prepare all reports and the application forms and accompanying maps and details. We will undertake all Government negotiations and interpret and the application of relevant environmental law and policy. These negotiations are carried out only by our highly respected professional consultants.
