CLADSEAL provides an engineered waterproofing system that is strong, elastic and weatherproof, with a lifespan as long as the building with no lose in performance or material properties.
CLADSEAL enjoys negligible ageing over time, despite exposure to the atmosphere, sunlight, UV radiation, chemical pollutions, water and extremes of temperature.
CLADSEAL contains no plasticisers which can evaporate, be washed out over time or migrate to other materials. Its strength and elasticity remains virtually unchanged over decades, without hardening, shrinking or cracking. It remains flexible at temperatures from as low as -40 to as high as +150 degrees centigrade.
CLADSEAL can absorb thermal and structural movements during linear elongation up to 300% and has a multi-axial elongation exceeding 100% at any temperature.
CLADSEAL, unlike thermoplastic materials, has no yield point, even when deformed to extreme limits, due to its visco-elastic properties it can withstand almost unlimited pressure load. |
