Established in 1989 as a specialist Pre-Cast concrete manufacturing company, Taranto De Pol quickly branched into the piling and foundations markets; before a company restructing in 2005 when Bullivant Taranto Ltd was formed.

We offer cost effective value engineering solutions in precast concrete flooring products, piling, ground improvements, foundation packages, mini-piling, underpinning and pre-cast concrete products from our base in Tandragee, County Armagh.

Our 70 acre manufacturing facility hosts the most modern of concrete production and material testing equipment and from here we service our clients whether it is for a major multi million pounds development or a residential self build project.

Our client’s requirements are our greatest concern and we aim to provide savings on both budget and programme. Many of our schemes are bespoke to meet our client’s specific requirements while still providing value engineering solutions.

SOLUTIONS

Pre-Cast Piling
Bullivant Taranto offer the widest range of pre-cast pile types and sizes available throughout Ireland. All our pre-cast concrete piles are manufactured at our production facility in Tandragee Co Armagh where our Company Management System has achieved ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditation.

Tubular steel pile
Whilst suitable to accommodate large axial loads, tubular steel driven piles are also particularly suitable for accommodating significant horizontal loads & vertical tension loads. Our range of steel piles includes pile sizes from 100mm diameter up to 350mm diameter and can be installed in difficult and uncertain ground conditions up to 50.0m.

CFA piles
Bullivant Taranto Ltd offer CFA piles ranging from 300mm dia up to 600mm diameter which can accommodate substantial working loads, depending on the existing ground conditions. CFA piling is cost-effective and environmentally sensitive and has an installation process that is both low noise and vibration free.

CHD Piles
In most ground conditions, this pile is an ideal alternative to CFA piling. Enhanced load carry capacity may be achieved compared with CFA piling of similar dimensions, due to compaction of the soil during boring. In some ground conditions improvements of up to 30% have been demonstrated with a consequential shortening of the pile length and reduction in cost.

Foundation Packages
The pre-cast Foundation Package is a fully engineered sub-structure solution for use when difficult or contaminated site ground condition is encountered. The package is designed by our in-house design team who prepare fully detailed, bespoke foundation calculations and layout drawings for each contract.

Self Builder
Bullivant Taranto Ltd provide sound engineering and geotechnical advise to our self-build customers dealing with the complications thrown up when working on a site with difficult, wet or even contaminated ground conditions.
