Pole & Tone incorporates fun, fitness and dance for all types of women!
Weekly classes provide students with a total body workout that combines innovative and fun movements which helps build core strength, increase flexibility and confidence in a workout that’s designed specifically to be fun while also becoming a regular part of your health and fitness regime.

Pole & Tone offers a wide range of classes ranging from Pole Dancing itself to flexibility classes.

Our instructors have years of experience in fitness, and also have a wide variety of dancing experience that ranges from disco to salsa dancing.

So if you are looking to learn some fantastic Pole Dancing techniques that incorporates fitness as well as fun (with some sexy moves thrown in between) then Pole & Tone is for you.

Beginner level (8 weeks - £70) - In our beginner course you will learn some really great moves that will help build your upper body strength especially as it is required to move up the various levels, (as well as the pole). You will also learn a series of different spins and turns, so when the classes progress we will put the moves and techniques together to form a simple routine.

Improver Level (8 weeks - £70) - For this level students will move onto a set of more difficult moves and techniques that will require all the body strength they have already acquired by completing the beginner level. We will focus on more difficult spins and finish the level by climbing and inverting on the pole. Students will learn another routine that will combine their latest moves with some of those they have already learnt in beginners.

Intermediate Level (8 weeks £70) - This level requires the ability to turn yourself upside down (inverted) and hold your own weight while on the pole. These moves are more acrobatic than previous levels and are subsequently more difficult to master. As with previous levels students will harness their skills learnt during earlier terms and combine them with their new moves to form a routine that’s energetic but fun at the same time.

Advanced Level (8 weeks £70) - Upper body and abdominal strength are essential for this class. Students must demonstrate all moves before moving onto the next level.

Expert Level (8 weeks £70) - These classes require a great deal of abdominal, upper body and core strength.

Parties - A great alternative to either a hen night, birthday party or for girls who simply want a girls night out. Parties last one-and-a-half-hours and includes taking part in some party games but at the same time learning some basic moves and putting them together in a routine along the way. Parties are priced at £20 per person with a minimum of five people per party.

Flexibility (1 hour class £5) - A one hour class of stretching that helps you work on doing the splits, this will also help improve your moves on the pole.

Burlesque (4 weeks 40) - We have 3 different types of Burlesque courses. The first is the basic art of Burlesque (£40) which teaches you the basic Burlesque moves. You will learn how to strut, walk, pose, peel, tease, shimmy and finish off with nipple tassle twirling (tassles can be attached to clothes) and on your last week we put all our new skills together in a routine. Next we have the feather fan course (£40). We will be teaching you the elegant art of freather fan dancing. Each student will be provided with their own set of fans, so the class is limited to 6 students. We will teach you basic movements, how to tease, and teach you the more complicated tricks, then move on to floor work and again finish the course off by putting it all together in a routine. And finally we have the chairs or sexy seats as we like to call them (£40) great fun and is a fantastic work out. We will teach you the basics of how to use the chair and then move on to more complicated moves while putting together a routine or two as we go along. PLEASE NOTE there is no nudity in any of our pole or burlesque classes.
