• Provide a current market valuation
• Inspect property for redecoration and repairs (not structural) that would need addressed before placed onto the market
• Draw up brochures and place onto our website along with other property sites, local and overseas (optional)
• Accompany potential buyers from 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm Saturday
• Hold records of all calls and viewings
• Inform you promptly of any bids placed on your property
• If a sale price is agreed ensure transactions run as smoothly as possible by acting as secretary (if requested) with appointed solicitors

• Call out to make sure the property is fit for rental or if it can be improved without major cost to ensure you are achieving the maximum rental return.
• Call clients on our waiting list before placing signage at your property, to find out if we have anyone that fits your requirements
• If not place signage with our branding (RENT ME) outside and place on www.macandmoy.com along with other independent property sites
• Accompany all potential tenants to viewings between office hours
• Check references (Professional optional)
• Request guarantor (Optional)
• Draw up tenancy agreement
• Collect deposit in advance (equivalent to one months rent) we find that the majority of people simply cant afford one months rent and one months deposit all at once, though again it depends on each individuals circumstances, so we ask for you to work with us in order to achieve the best possible outcome.
