Established in 1984 Redmond Johnson is the debt recovery division of Cashflow Management Limited.
Redmond Johnson specialises in B2B debt recovery in Ireland and is managed on a day to day basis by the founder who has over 30 years unique experience of Debt Recovery and Credit Reporting in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

This experience has resulted in us providing a practical approach to the collection of debts. Our aim is to collect debts at the most economic cost to the creditor. Coupled to our extensive credit reporting experience dating back over the same period this knowledge is beneficial and translates into effective collection of debts and/or practical advice when and where required.

Redmond Johnson abides by a strict code of ethics and is a sole member of European Collectors Association a professional debt recovery association of selective agents and lawyers throughout the EU.

Debt Collection
Complete service includes personal collection and can be adapted to meet specific needs. Cases can be viewed and monitored online through our in-house developed software.

At Redmond Johnson we are a small business run by experienced business people with many years of first hand experience of the pressures of running a business. We can relate at first hand to pressures on cash flow of defaulting debtors and the practicalities of collecting accounts. Where possible we endeavor to recover interest and costs from the debtor. In practice this is not always possible or cost effective to do especially in the Republic of Ireland. Redmond Johnson is a small business who understands the needs and requirements of business.

Litigation: If it is deemed necessary then the case after consultation will be forwarded to specialist solicitors in the respective jurisdiction. We work closely with an experienced firm of litigation solicitors to ensure that if required transition to litigation is as seamless as possible.

International Collections: We are the sole Irish representative of the European Collectors Association. A network of professional debt recovery agents covering all European countries and other regions of the world. We can get action immediately on debts from France to Poland.

We can provide independent advice to establish if credit insurance is viable for your business and if so source the best policies.
