My son purchased 2 tickets for him and I as Christmas Present for Tommy Tiernan Concert in Ulster Hall. Tickets were for Unreserved Seats - Stalls. Being registered Disabled I enquired with Aiken Promotions Office do I queue up outside with all other Concert goers. ? May I say a HUGE Thank You to the lady I spoke with and whom accommodated me with alternative tickets. Excellent response from Aiken Promotions and a huge Thank You for your courtesy . Well Done.
