Established in 1998 by Tommy Wright, this business has offered a Diesel injection repair and exchange service for almost twenty years. In 2017 Tommy decided to retire and the business was taken over by the Kirk family. Kirk Diesel Services provides full testing facilities for most injector types and serves both the car trade and private customers.

As our name suggests, not only do we repair a wide range of car, commercial and agricultural diesel equipment but we seek to stock a wide range of fast moving parts for immediate dispatch. We operate a courier service throughout Ireland and the UK.

An ever expanding side to our business is the sourcing and supply of specialist components from genuine manufacturers such as DENSO, BOSCH, DELPHI, SIEMENS/DVO and ZEXEL.

Common Rail
The Common Rail system is the most widely used in motor vehicles today by the major manufacturers. On both the DELPHI and BOSCH systems excessive back leakage from the injectors is the main cause of failure. On the DELPHI system, as fitted to Renault, Ford etc. we refurbish using genuine DELPHI valve assemblies effecting an excellent repair. On BOSCH systems we supply exchange injectors calibrated and flow tested with a 12 month warranty. We also supply a range of refurbished common rail injector pumps including BOSCH, DELPHI AND SIEMENS. It is useful to have the part number from the old unit to hand when contacting us. A major cause of recurring failure is by contaminants in the fuel system from a failed pump and extreme care must be taken to ensure the entire system, including tank, lines filter and common rail are thoroughly cleaned before reassembly.

Agriculture & Plant
Repair of injector pumps and injectors from tractors and plant form a large part of our business. Vintage tractor pumps for 3 & 4 cylinder MF, Major, Dexta and David Brown are repaired on a daily basis together with the latest Delphi DP 200 & 210 pumps from the later MF & New Holland range. The Bosch pump fitted to New Holland TM Range is a very popular rebuild and with new pump housing mostly in stock. BOSCH electronic pumps as fitted to MF, Fentd and John Deere are also available on an exchange basis. We also carry good numbers of diaphrams for the early air governor pumps fitted to Major, Dexta & 20 Diesel.
