We at TDS have been providing fulfilment services on a global scale since 1997. In 2009 The Distribution Solution (NI) Limited (trading as TDS) was established with the aim to focus on the growing e-commerce fulfilment markets.

Our strength lies in our ability to get to know our clients and their products closely in order to provide them with the best quality of service and establish long term relationships.

We operate 2 warehouses with a total of 40,000 square feet of storage and we pride ourselves on teamwork and professionalism.

Each one of our management team has over 20 years' experience in their areas of responsibility.


E-COMMERCE FULFILMENT
TDS provides complete e-fulfilment services to many types of e-commerce businesses throughout the world both large and also smaller start ups. How it works!
Your customers place their orders on your website, and payment is authorised. We receive notification of orders through web integration or batch file download. We print off pick notes, and pick the orders from your stock held in our warehouse. We pack the orders using the most appropriate packaging (which we can buy for you at trade prices). We despatch the orders using a range of distribution services (across the UK and internationally). Orders received before 12.00 noon are guaranteed to be despatched that day. We handle returned orders, working to your returns procedures. We provide online access to reports so you can keep track of orders. We help you to grow your business by providing simplemadeeasy.

WAREHOUSE STORAGE
We understand how important your products are to you. They are, after all, the lifeblood of your business whether you are a large retailer or an e-commerce start-up. TDS holds your stock on your behalf and enables you to monitor it 24 hours a day. We can accept delivery of stock by container, trailer, pallet or individual carton. We can assist with shipping and customs and can offer a pickup service within the UK. We have over 16,000 square feet of warehousing and all products are stored in clean, dry and safe areas. Our system enables easy reach for efficient and speedy packing and despatch. TDS pledges to take every care with all the stock held by us on behalf of our customers.

Stock Management At TDS, your stock is in safe hands. Our warehouse has been designed to house your goods securely and in tiptop condition. Whether you have one product or thousands, we can create a cost effective solution to match your precise requirements. Our bespoke IT systems ensure that your stock is constantly monitored and tracked. We always know exactly where and how your stock is located within our warehouse, your storage costs, stock levels and when you need to restock. Now that's simplemadeeasy. ORDER FULFILMENT
When we receive an order it is quickly picked, packed and delivered. We take the utmost care to look after your goods and always pack them in the best possible way for their onward journey. From jiffy bags and cartons to bubble wrap and organic fill, only high quality materials are chosen for each order assembly.
