Founded by 2010 All Ireland Pole Dance Doubles Champion Seanín Ward, this new purpose built fitness studio facilitates weekly classes in Pole Dance Fitness, Zumba Fitness® and Tri-Fly® Air Aerial Fitness. Each of our classes are taught by friendly, supportive instructors with an emphasis on fun and fitness.

What to Expect:
intapole! classes are fun, friendly, supportive and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Learn at your own pace with confidence, and be surprised at just how much progress you will make.
Pole and Tri-Fly® Air Aerial Fitness classes are structured into 8 weekly sessions lasting 1 hour. A typical class consists of a warm up, stretching, muscle strength and endurance training, tricks and choreography, followed by a cool down section.
The ZUMBA Fitness Party™ is a Latin-inspired dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music and dance movements to create a dynamic, exciting, exhilarating and effective fitness program.
ZUMBA® Fitness integrates some of the basic principles of aerobic, interval and resistance training to maximise caloric output, cardiovascular benefits and total body toning.
intapole! fitness classes are enjoyable, entertaining and exhilarating, whilst at the same time challenging and physically demanding. They're exercise in disguise. Participants have a blast and don’t realise they’re working out.
