We use the freshest and best 80% lean meat and add only the smallest amount of additional ingredients. Hand mixed, our sausage meat is then turned out into 100% natural lamb casings and knotted by hand. This helps to ensure that all our sausages remain tender, tasty and highly palatable for all ages of customer.
