Welcome to Christine's Farmhouse Bakery
Located in the heart of Co Armagh, 'the Orchard County', Braeside is the house my grandfather built on his farm. It's where I learnt about baking and growing quality fruit. So it seems natural that I started baking the same things that I've loved since I was a child.

Although we're best known for our apple products, we bake a wide range of fruit pies, cakes and biscuits, not only under our own name but also for some more famous names. Everything is produced at our bakery, next to our orchards. This means we can trace the fruit from the branch to the bakery and since we have our own long term cold storage facility we can continue to use our own produce throughout the year.

Everything we make is made to the exacting standards that farmhouse kitchens are famous for. As importantly we are accredited by SALSA (the Food Safety Certification Scheme) which means you can rely on us to produce food of the highest quality.

Products
We offer a wide range of products, each of which has been developed to appeal to both the consumer and the retailer. Products can either be presented in our own packaging or can be re-labelled and packaged according to the retailer's needs.

Services
Own brand manufacture and packaging – we can provide all of our products with labels and packaging designed to your specifications.

Contract manufacturing – extensive experience in the development of products means that we can provide you with the expertise and capacity you need when outsourcing your manufacturing.

With a capacity of over 30,000 units per day and blast freezing and storage facilities we can handle anything from small runs for market testing through to large national distributions.

Although many things have changed over the years since I learnt about baking, one thing has remained constant, Braeside is still the home of good baking.
