Antrim Forum and Antrim Stadium have also been approved by the London Organising Committee for the Olympic Games (LOCOG) as an Olympic standard training facility.
New Spa and Therapy Room
The new Spa and Therapy Room is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The new spa pool will ease away the stresses of the day with its power jets, Jacuzzi, waterfall and gentle lighting. Leaving the spa pool you can enjoy the warmth of the rock sauna or steam room then cool down in the step-in plunge pool. The experience showers will transform you to the tropics before relaxing on the mosaic loungers. If you would like to spoil yourself, then enjoy one of the many treatments Spa Therapy can offer.
Fitness Suite
Featuring over 96 exercise stations including free-weights, resistance and cardiovascular equipment, the Fitness Suite offers state-of-the-art facilities to train in. Membership packages including Fitness Suite, Spa, Pool and Athletics Track are available from £1 per day.
Move it! Fitness Classes
Get active with the Move it! Classes at Antrim Forum. Dance, Urban Rebound, Kickboxing and Kettlebells are just a few of the classes on offer. Lunch time classes also available.
Swimming Pools
The Forum features a 25m Swimming Pool and a small Leisure Pool for children. The Flippers Swim School offers swimming classes for all ages and abilities including children and adult beginners as well as 1 to 1 lessons.
Clubs
In addition to the classes available, the Forum offers a variety of clubs including Netball, Wheelchair Basketball, Gymnastics, Trampoline, Cheerleading, Athletics and a variety of Marshall Arts.
Antrim Stadium
An eight lane international athletics track and field venue is the ideal location for sporting events or training.

Location
Antrim Forum is located close to the of historic Antrim town centre and on the banks of Lough Neagh. Antrim is only 5 miles from Belfast International Airport and 20 minutes drive to Belfast City, close to all major seaports and a few minutes off the M2.
Transport
Antrim has a train and bus station with major services from throughout the region. The two stations are located next to one another near the centre of the town and approx 1 mile from the Antrim Forum (15mins walk).
