The Belfast Flue Lining Company was founded twenty years ago.
Under the new ownership of Mr. Ian Montgomery, formally of the Technical Department of the Coal Advisory Service the company has expanded into the private chimney lining market and public sector housing.
Services offered now include:-
- Chimney testing - Chimney reaming - Chimney relining by various methods - Remedial work to external chimney stacks
In 1996 the 'THERMOCRETE' pumped Chimney method has been added to the list of services offered. This much improved method of 'wet lining' has proved very popular with the Northern Ireland public with its advantages of no disruption or redecoration and the 25 year guarantee.
