Crockard Building Design was established in 1993 by its principal, Ian Crockard, following a number of years working for Belfast based architect practices and qualifying from Queens University Belfast.
The diverse nature of the projects undertaken to date by our staff both in this practice and through previous positions within the profession, has given us the breadth of experience and ability to work on a wide range of schemes from small alterations to multi-million pounds projects, which have included domestic, residential, commercial, community, leisure and industrial buildings.
The practice has recently moved into new purpose-built studios, which will enable us to effectively double our current staffing levels of two qualified architectural staff and one administrator. The studio is equipped with cutting-edge computer-aided-design technology, printing and telecommunications equipment, all integrated to improve both the effectiveness of our design procedures and administration and to enhance our client’s experience.
