IJM has invested heavily in R&D to provide “Real Quality Engineering Systems” and has pioneered patented Roof Panel and Open House building concepts which provide real cost savings over the course of construction for both the builder and the end user.
This has led to IJM supplying Nursing Homes, Domestic Housing, Commercial Buildings, Multi Storey Apartments, Schools, large scale residential developments, Penthouses and Hotels.
IJM operate to all the current building regulations and standards. IJM are the first Irish timber frame manufacturer to have been approved by BM TRADA as compliant with both the PEFC and FSC Chain of Custody Schemes.
Having 3 manufacturing facilities – Armagh, Monaghan & Kilkenny, our plants have capacity for in excess of 700,000 M2. This allows IJM the flexibility to tackle all projects through the various critical paths to ensure compliance with our customers’ schedules.
