This service covers initial valuation, advertising in our in house brochure, viewings, finding a suitable tenant, drawing up a lease & collection of deposit.
This service can be further complemented by property management which covers liasing with the tenant, collection of monthly rent, monthly landlord statements, organisation of repairs and quarterly inspections of the property.
