|  | | | | How we work....A few things to note (the small print):
If your computer won’t start / makes a funny noise / has a virus, it’s going to end up in our workshop.
It may be possible to pick up from your house / office, but it will get looked at a lot faster if you bring it to us.
We work very hard, so please don’t be upset if we ask you to bring it to us, or can’t collect it for a day or two.
If it’s a broadband problem, or your wireless network won’t work, or the printer won’t print, we are happy to come and have a look.
We aim to repair computers left into us within 24 hours, but if we have to wait for parts, or it turns into a really big job, we may not be able to do this. We will keep you informed, though, and not do anything without authority from you.
If you are miles from us, or its going to take more than a hour each way for us to get to you, and you are the only call we have in your area, we will have to make a small charge for time & fuel.
When we tell you that the workshop is busy, and it will be “xx” days before we get a look at your computer, what we really mean is that the workshop is busy, and it will be “xx” days before we get a look at your computer.
We have a new SMS service to let you know that your computer is ready. We hope you like this and find it convenient, but please don’t try to call the number that the text came from, as no-one will answer it. All of our contact details are on the Contact Us page.
Please don’t ask us to install pirated software (MS Office, Photoshop etc) for you, because we aren’t going to, because it's illegal.
We don’t sell new computer systems, but can give you honest, impartial advice.
What we do:
- We specialise in the repair and upgrade of PCs and laptops.
- We don’t use big words, and won’t blind you with IT jargon.
- We just get the job done, and don’t charge the Earth either.
- We will call to your office or home, and give you an honest opinion.
- Unlike many computer repair companies, if we don’t fix it, it doesn’t cost you a penny, and we don’t have a call out charge (we seldom however turn down a cuppa).
- We try to have your computer back to you as fast as possible, and usually do within 24 hours.
- We also don’t lose your data!
