Agricultural
Moore Concrete has been supplying the agricultural sector with quality precast solutions for over 30 years. Today Moore Concrete's agricultural range includes; livestock suspended flooring, drinking troughs, feed channels, above ground circular stores, wall panels and much more. The company delivers to any part of the UK and Ireland. Installation of certain products is also available.
Construction
We manufacture a range of quality precast products suitable for the construction of both large scale building projects, such as hospitals and offices through to single bungalows. Moore Concrete also manufacture a range of client specific arched heads and non-standard units on request. Our construction product range includes heads & sills, kerbs, copings, water channels, paving slabs, chimney flues etc.
Civil
The company specialises in the design and manufacture of a wide range of precast structural units for bridges, culverts, retaining wall systems, and numerous other applications. Bespoke units can be manufactured to suit the client’s specific requirements. The company encourages discussions at an early stage of a project to ensure the optimum quality precast solution.
BioSystems
Formed in March 2009, Moore Biosystems aims to ''provide the agricultural industry with simple energy solutions''.
In 2005, Moore Concrete, formed a link with a Danish company, Lundsby Holdings. From this alliance a new technology was brought to Northern Ireland in the form of Post-Tensioned Above Ground Stores.
We recognise the need throughout the UK and Ireland for profitable, sustainable energy. As a result, a new agreement has been created with Lundsby Bioenergi PLC (a subsidiary of Lundsby Holdings) which was formed in 1995. They have constructed a large number of farm and communal biogas plants in Denmark and throughout Europe.
We now have the ability to draw on almost 15 years of experience in the construction and operation of successful Anaerobic Digester Plants, each with a diverse input of materials.
We are offering a complete and proven Biogas Plant that is simple to operate and maintain.
Moore Biosystems offer plants which can deal with a large range and mix of feedstocks. The system has been equiped to allow a large degree of flexibility. Feedstocks can therefore be changed during the lifetime of the plant with minimum disruption. Options include:
- Silages - including grass or maize
- Livestock slurry
- Abattoir waste
- Food waste - such as bread, ceamery, brewery and other byproducts
