The data acquisition products, K-KONTROL and K-PAQ are designed to operate within high temperature ovens typically found in rotomoulding plants. KKONTROL is permanently attached to each arm of the rotomoulding machine and continuously measures temperatures on up to four channels. KPAQ is a portable radio logger that measures internal mould pressure as well as the temperature on four channels. KKONTROL and KPAQ enable rotational moulders to control their process, to adjust for changes in the ambient conditions, improve process control & efficiency, optimise cycle times, identify faults & machine inefficiencies, reduce new product set-up times and balance spiders. 493K is a member of the Association of Rotational Moulders International and exhibits at various conferences worldwide such as the K-Show and Rotoplas.
