I do not understand how they apparently help people? They actually made me worse. No help from them, couldn't answer me, lack of care towards my situation. Told me due to not being Registered with a GP there was no help for me, even after I explained why I wasn't registered with gp practice.

Ths service sounds great in theory. However there "counsellors" do not have time to listen attentively. Their advice is purile and unhelpful. They're not very patient either.
