How long with my repair take?
Most phone repairs like screens, batteries, speakers etc take around 10-45 minutes to complete. If we are busy this may be a little longer. We endeavour to complete all smartphone repairs on the same day if the parts are in stock and the phone has been booked in before 4pm.
Depending on the nature of the damage some repairs may take longer.
iPad screen repairs are usually ready on the same day if booked in before 1pm but can take 24 hours if busy.
If we need to order a part for your repair it can take 1-5 days to arrive and will be fitted on the day it arrives.
The turnaround time for Computers, Laptops, Consoles, GHD’s, TV’s and other electronics can vary but will be estimated when booking in.
We always aim to provide the quickest turnaround for your repairs.
Do I need to make an appointment?
No need to book an appointment, just call in whenever suits. We work on a first come, first served queue system.
If you urgently need a repair at a specific time we may be able to schedule it in. Please phone ahead to ensure we can cater for this.
Do you provide a warranty?
Our repairs carry a standard minimum 3 month warranty. Some repairs carry 6 months, 12 months or even a lifetime warranty. The duration depends on the type of repair and choice of part.

We have two locations:
Belfast: We are directly facing Tates Avenue on the Lisburn Road, beside Reids Florist.
Downpatrick: On Market Street beside Oakley Fayre cafe.
