Arca Design was formed in 2007 by Simon Houston providing affordable and reliable architectural services for all aspects of domestic architecture.

Simon worked for 7 years in a private practice gaining a wealth of experience and knowledge before making the move to begin on his own.

As a member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists Arca Design is held to strict code of professional practice.

We believe it is fundamental that the client is involved in all aspects of the project and feel that the service we provide is value for money, professional and personal to them.

Our Services
First and foremost we have a chat. We need to know what you want to achieve and you need to know that we can achieve it.

From this we can carry out measured surveys of existing dwellings or sites to get a feel for the what is currently in place.

This allows us to start the design process, providing sketch options and ideas to fulfill your brief.

Once the design process is complete then we manage the Planning and Building Control applications to approval and if required manage the build on site.
