Ignoring the £50 admin fee per person applying for a tenancy the process with Natalie Clarke was relatively smooth, to begin with.

However, after being told we had been accepted as tenants, paying the deposit and viewing the contract we asked for a couple of clarifications of ambiguous phrasing. The next day we received an email that we were rejected as tenants and would receive our deposit back, but not the admin fees.

The refusal for clarification and outright rejection of the tenancy should make you wary with trusting this letting agent. Either they or the people they represent don't want tenants who understand exactly what the contract they're signing means.
