Ritello Ireland, Enniskillen

I have had a terrible experience with distributors Carmel and Chris from Enniskillen co, Fermanagh. They took my parents rainbow hoover to be serviced and tried to sell them a ritello.my parents returned the ritello as they preferred their old hoover. Carmel has returned with a different hoover that did not belong to my parents. Says it has been serviced but it has not as it sounds terrible. Chris (her husband) said he serviced it, but we later found out he is not qualified to service these machines. Charged them €186.80 for the service. There customer service is shocking I would not recommend these distributors to anyone
