We have acted in residential, sales and purchases throughout Northern Ireland, since 1982.
The purchase of a property will usually be the single most expensive transaction a person will be involved in. On that basis, it is essential that the legal work is carried out correctly, by fee earners who are fully qualified. Our fees are reflective of the time and effort involved in this and we pride ourselves on the many clients who have returned to us over the years. We look forward to providing the same high quality service for many years to come. We welcome customer feedback in all our transactions.

Family Law
We are happy to act in matrimonial matters. We have obtained legal aid and non-molestation orders for our clients. We also will accept instructions in divorce proceedings.

We keep our clients fully informed and endeavour to obtain a decree absolute within an agreed time-frame. Collaborative family law is a new area of family law open to husbands and wives who have decided to part and both wish to act in good faith and broker an agreement.

We have acted in divorce matters for many years and have many clients who have commended us for or efficient and speedy service. We have a lawyer in each of our offices specially trained in Collaborative Family Law.

Wills and Probate
We do our utmost to be sympathetic and understanding. We keep our clients fully informed when we are administering estates and ensure all matters are dealt with within a reasonable period of time.

We have many years experience of helping clients prepare wills and plan for the future.

Road Accidents
We have been recovering damages for our clients who have been injured in road traffic accidents for over 25 years.

Our aim is to quickly obtain for our clients their full entitlement of compensation for their injuries and loss of earnings. We also can arrange for an engineer to inspect the damage to their vehicle and obtain a replacement vehicle. Where the injuries are more serious we arrange for forensic accountants to calculate life time financial loss and instruct other experts barristers and QCs to assist in obtaining full and fair compensation for our clients. Costs are the responsibility of the party at fault.

Historical Institutional Abuse Claims
Many people in Northern Ireland were the victims of abuse at the hands of those entrusted with their care in many forms of institutions, such as training schools, borstals, children’s homes.

Anyone who was subject to physical, sexual or psychological abuse while under 18 and in the care of such homes between 1922 -1995 may be eligible for compensation with a variety of awards available depending on the nature of the abuse and the effect of same. You can apply on behalf of someone who died on, or after, 28 April 1953 if you are the deceased persons:
  • Surviving Spouse
  • Civil Partner
  • Cohabiting Partner
