went to Newtownards test centre the staff were great. I had to retest and they were able to fit me in on the same day. The whole experience was a lot less frightening than i thought it was going to be so thanks

Contacted regarding missing element on UK driving license having spoken to DVLA Swansea and Coleraine. Was not able to help but advised a number of options - was impressed with both response and advice.

been using larne for a few years now, got taken well BEFORE my allocated time, a few faults, like bald tyre( bad boy) and some rust in the sills, but he was pretty damned polite to me, considering my old car has seen better days!have to get re tested, but for the first time in years, Im not at all concerned

I want to thank the two women who work in the office, for their understanding and help yesyerday when I went to have my car MOT''''ed. I was over from Wales and had never been to NEwry or a test centre. Having to find another garage to have the lighted realligned was stressful to say the least but your help with suggestions of places, post codes and street names, not to mention phone calles to post offices to see if i could tax the car there, was brilliant. So I just wasnt you to know that people like me who turn up at the desk in the course of your days work, really do appreicate the enegy and time you put in to Customer care. Thanks a million!
