Sent parcel to Gilford N.I from Nottinghamshire paid first class got one digit wrong in post code but correct address . Female employee very abrupt and unhelpful on the phone

So disappointed. Item was not delivered NEXT DAY DELIVERY as it was supposed to be. Contacted Parcelforce, got Belfast depot to be told my delivery was in the Londonderry depot 8.52 am but because of manpower or something it would NOT BE DELIVERED. I HAD BEEN WAITING....NO ONE HAD CONTACTED ME. Supposed to be delivered today
