Jim called out this morning to fix our Samsung American Fridge Freezer it had stopped working no power what so ever, it is just coming up five years old.Jim was very professional when he enter our home he was masked up and hands sanitized, he started to check all the major parts that could have been the trouble and with in 20 minutes he was able to locate that the starter circuit board had stopped working, expecting this part having to be order and shipped over and being without our fridge for several more days this was what I was preparing myself for but no Jim proceeded to go to his car and come back with the part he connected the new stater board and happy days our fridge was up and running. All through this process Jim would keep me up to date with what he was checking for, common problems etc and final the price was very reasonable.I would recommend this company and I would stand over my 5 star rating that I have gave.
