Well Fit Gym is home to the complete health, fitness and well-being experience. With up to 30 classes running weekly there is plenty of variety for people of all levels of fitness. Classes include Body Tone, Spin, Boxercise, Circuits, Legs Bums Tums, Yoga, Stability Ball and Hip Hop dancing.
Well Fit Gym is also leading the way in Mixed Martial Arts with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Prokick Kickboxing and Elite Fighting Revolution all taking place throughout the week.
Sports teams are welcome for training nights with instructors on hand to put teams through their paces with an intense Spin, Circuits or Plyometric work out.
Members are also entitled to a free health check where height, weight, body composition, blood pressure, lung function, flexibility and VO2 Max are all measured. These results provide information for our staff to design a training program to achieve your specific fitness goals.
