No Alibis Bookstore and alternative music specialists Strange Victory are presenting an impressive evening of spoken word and music with The Willard Grant Conspiracy and author Ian Rankin this November.
The unique event will see the talent of Indie Americana's most lauded acts with one of the most successful crime writers in the genre on Friday 11 and Saturday 12 at The Crescent Arts Centre.

His latest novel, The Impossible Dead, will be available on the night and Ian will be available to sign copies during the event when Ian will be speaking about his latest work.
Meanwhile, the Willard Grant Conspiracy, a loose-knit folk-noir collective from California, will be performing on the night, lacing the atmosphere with darkly tinged acoustics. The band's founder, Robert Fisher, will be joined on stage by James Youngjohns on Viola amd Anna Kashfi of Last Harbour.
Doors for this fascinating event will open at 8pm and tickets are now on sale, priced £12.50 (£8.50 concession) for each night from www.crescentarts.org.
