Established in 1985, Hilton Meat Products Limited operates from an EC approved plant in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. This plant was recently modernised during 1998/99 which involved substantial restructuring and extension to the premises.
The company was the first to enter the offal production market and with an annual production in the region of 6000 tonnes, are still the United Kingdom's largest single offal producer.
Offal is supplied by the major meat processing companies in Northern Ireland (with some lamb products supplied from New Zealand). The offal is chilled, prepared, skin packed and presented in attractive packaging, using mainly 'Own Brand' supermarket packaging.

A highly efficient distribution network delivers our product daily throughout the United Kingdom with lead times to suit the individual customer.
