Dylan Stormont gig moved to Odyssey
Bob Dylan's Stormont concert on Saturday June 26 has been moved to the Odyssey Arena following a failure by the promotion's team to secure a grant from the Northern Ireland Events Company.
In a statement, Aiken Promotions' boss, Jim Aiken said he was disappointed by the news but the fact that the "Events Company has already allocated its budget for this financial year means that we cannot get a grant".
He said: "Stormont is a wonderful setting but all the facilities and services have to be built on the site. I am disappointed but the costs of infrastructure make the promotion of this event impossible without the grant," he added.
The promoter has advised that the tickets already held for Stormont will be valid for the Odyssey gig, however tickets can be returned to their point of purchase for a refund.
Tickets can also be exchanged for seated tickets at no extra cost however this is subject to availability.
