120 New Jobs To Be Created In Drogheda

120 new jobs are to be created in Drogheda with the announcement that US electronic payments firm Yapstone has chosen to locate its European HQ in the town.

Labour TD for Louth and East Meath Gerald Nash said: "This is tremendous news for the town and for Louth.

"It represents a vote of confidence in the town and recognises that Drogheda ticks all the boxes for any expanding firm seeking to grow in the European marketplace.

"This is the culmination of many months of hard work and negotiation.

"Drogheda is ideally placed for investment. Twenty minutes from Dublin airport, with a large educated and skilled workforce Yapstone recognises what Drogheda has to offer in terms of location, skill sets and quality of life and I am delighted that the firm has now decided to base its European operation in Ireland's largest town."
