Man Remanded In Custody In Connection With David Black Murder
A man has been remanded in custody charged in relation with the murder of prison officer David Black.
Damien Joseph McLaughlin, from Kilmascally Road, Co Tyrone, appeared at Lisburn Magistrates Court yesterday.
He is accused of obtaining the car in the Republic of Ireland before it was allegedly used by Mr Black's killers .
Mr Black was shot as he drove to work on the M1 motorway on 1st November.
The car is believed to be obtained by McLaughlin in County Leitrim, and brought to Northern Ireland the day before Mr Black was murdered.

Man And Woman Jailed For 'Brutal And Senseless Attack'
The PSNI have welcomed the sentencing of two people at Laganside Crown Court for a range of offences including grievous bodily harm with intent, threats to kill, common assault and possession of an offensive weapon. 26-year-old Dylan Black, from the Lisburn area, was sentenced to seven years in prison. He will serve three years on license.

Police Investigating Man's Death Following Ballynahinch Collision
The PSNI have launched an investigation into the circumstances leading to the death of an elderly man following a collision in Ballynahinch. It it understood that police were called at approximately 4.10pm on Monday 08 April, to reports of the "sudden death"of an elderly man at a quarry in the Newcastle Road area of Seaforde.

Man And Boys Seriously Injured In Enniskillen Crash
A man and three boys have been seriously injured in a one vehicle crash in County Fermanagh, according to the PSNI. The collision involving a white Mitsubishi L200 Titan happened on the A32 Mossfield Road, Enniskillen, at 11.15am on Sunday 31 March.

Man Arrested In Connection With Ballymoney Cannabis Seizure
Suspected cannabis, worth an estimated £60,000, has been seized following a search operation in Ballymoney on Saturday, 20 April. Detectives from PSNI's Organised Crime Unit conducted the search, and a 37-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of a class B controlled drug with intent to supply.
