Security Alert Underway In Belfast
A security alert is currently underway in Belfast.
It is understood there have been reports of a suspicious object found in the Tates Avenue area of the city. As a result, the road has been closed between Boucher Road roundabout and Lorne Street.
Police and army bomb experts are in attendance at the scene.
No other details have been released.

A number of roads remain closed across Northern Ireland following the damage caused by Storm Ali. The following roads are still closed, however the Department for Infrastructure (DfI) is working to clear the obstructions along with its multiagency partners.

'Small Bomb' Found During Security Alert
Army bomb experts have been called to examine an explosive device found at an apartment block in east Belfast. Police said that a number of residents were evacuated from the apartments in the Short Strand Road area at about 20:00 on Tuesday night. They described the device as a "small bomb". No further details have been released.

Security Alert In L'Derry
A suspicious object has been discovered on the outskirts of L'Derry. The object was found in a laneway off the Drunahoe Road. Police and army bomb experts are at the scene. The Drumahoe Road has been closed at its junctions with the Fincairn Road and Church Road.
